Adult Counselling 

offers a personal space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Sessions address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem, helping you identify patterns and develop coping strategies. Counselling provides a safe place to process life's difficulties and past traumas. 

My goal is to empower you, enhancing personal growth and mental well-being in a safe and confidential setting.

1:1 50 minute session in person - £45

1:1 50 minute session online - £40 

Childrens and Young persons Therapy

provides a safe space to explore difficulties in life and how to manage those in healthy ways for children over the age of 14. 

I often work creatively with children and young people.

I am trained in safeguarding and enhanced DBS checked.

1:1 50 minute session in person - £40 per session

 

Clinical Supervision

provides a safe, supportive space where we can work together to explore your client work, develop your professional confidence.
